Specifically for Car Wars Sixth Edition from Steve Jackson Games.
http://www.warehouse23.com/products/car-wars-core-set

A huge revamp of the classic 1980's hit game of cars and combat, this game delivers in a monster 29 cm by 29 cm box filed with lots of cardboard chits, 12 plastic car models, small format playing cards for each player and plenty of other stuff to keep contained and organized. I made my models large enough to hold the full four player box game with the added "Armory Pack" and "Crew Pack" add ons.

I have put together a set of models to help you keep this game organized and under control - many boxes include counts for the various pieces they are set to store so you can make sure the kids and your cats aren't hoarding them.

"Car Box" is just that - a 48 mm deep box with wide slots for the car models. There's a hole in the bottom of each slot so you can push the model up to take it out easily. You'll need to print multiples of these for all the cars included.

"Fitted Card Box" is a 48 mm deep box for the card decks for each player (red, green, blue, yellow) and the separate cards for damage, hazards, scenarios, etc.

"Barrier+Base+Dice Box" is another 48 mm deep box for storing the colored player bases for the cars, the cardboard barriers and wrecks pieces and the included dice. Descriptions and counts are in the bottom of the box.

"Common Token Box" is a shallow box for holding small cardboard tokens for Control, Aces, Damage, Barrels, Crew (driver and gunner) for each player color, and lastly the checkered flag disc and numbers. Numbers of each token type and shape are in most of these little bins. The long Turning Key pieces have room to fit on top and not slide out.

"Dashboards" is a shallow box for the big square player dashboards and the pieces which go with for armor, speed, tires and power output. Same height at the Common Token Box.

Packing it all into the game box, put the tall pieces all in the bottom and the two shallow trays on top. Plenty of room for the written manuals and such. And even space for an additional layer of the deep boxes when you get expansions in the future.

Examples in the photos were printed with Prusa Prusament PLA in White and Galaxy Silver in 0.30 mm DRAFT on a Prusa i3 MK3S+.
