My nephew upgraded his outdated Suzuki Swift car audio system with an Android one (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000270216492.html). The new system boasts two USB ports where the original had just one. To accommodate this upgrade, I crafted a holder for two female USB connector cables. The Android system comes equipped with two USB cables featuring female connectors. For assembly, users can either employ two tiny countersunk screws or insert short sections of 1.75mm filament into three provided channels and then melt the ends. The original USB port hole was too narrow to accommodate this dual connector housing, so it required enlargement using a stepped drill bit. In this instance, the expansion had to be done in an upward and rightward direction only, as some space is needed for the assembly nut. As usual, the OpenSCAD source file is thoroughly commented, making it simple to adapt it to different cable configurations. A word of caution to those considering using this Android system in their Suzuki Swift: we had to remove a significant portion of plastic from the bottom part of the car dash housing to install it. Beyond that, the audio system operates flawlessly.
