Summary Car Support for Smartphone LG G4 Edit 3/7/2016 Completely Revised to Make It Adjustable Print Settings: ABS Used Because PLA Deforms in High-Temperature Cars Edit 21/6/2016 The Support Is Slightly Wider Due to Its Design for an LG Phone with a Thin Cover. This Adjustable Support, Featuring Rotation and Tilting, Was Created for My LG G4 Smartphone to Be Installed in My Car. It Was Printed in Blue ABS Material Using a Mendelmax XL Printer. All Parts Have a Layer Thickness of 0.2mm, Except the "Floating Support," Which Requires Additional Support. I Included Inventor Files to Enable Customization for Other Phones or Tablets. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Mendelmax XL Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: M4x15 Screw and M4 Nut Are Required to Complete the Assembly, As Well as a Few Screws to Secure the Base to the Dash Support. You Can Also Print a Custom Part or Use Wood for This Purpose. I Designed This Project Using Inventor Software.
