The sun shape on my car's driver side is damaged, with a small plastic block causing the sun shade to shake and flap over bumps. This issue led me to explore 3D printers after struggling to find a replacement part without buying a new sun shade. For anyone with an aging KIA Sportage, here's a SketchUp file for the broken piece; it consists of two parts (the block and a peg) that require assembly and gluing. However, note this model remains untested.
