Car Stereo DIN/ISO Slot Cover for SD-Cards

Car stereos come in two sizes of DIN slots: single height and double height (DIN 75490/ISO 7736). When a single-height device is mounted in a double-height slot, the leftover space is usually hidden by an unnecessary plastic cover. I mainly store sound files on SD cards or USB sticks. One downside to making them smaller is that they are easy to misplace. That's why I wanted to use the empty space below my car stereo for keeping my media safe. Two models are provided: one designed for heated beds without any extra parts, and another with additional components to minimize warping. The second model needs to be flipped upside down after printing. Both can be printed using exterior support only. Some internal support has been added to prevent overuse of the support material, and the slots bridged well without it. Note: Printing time may take up to 10 hours, depending on your settings. Depending on how much warping occurs, you might need to make some adjustments to fit the outer USB slots correctly. The front of the part in the pictures has been sanded both dry and wet, resulting in a very smooth finish. Since I don't use all my USB slots, I added a simple clip that plugs into one slot to hold a standard hexagonal pencil.
