I designed this for a buddy who needed something like it to secure his cell phone behind the driver's seat, keeping his son entertained with videos while he drives. He was struggling to hold the phone and drive at the same time, so I figured this would be just what he needed. To make this work, you'll need to pick up a few basic parts from your local hardware store: a bolt, washer, and nut. You can find an elastic band at any hobby shop nearby.
