Car relay mounting adapter and car relay dummy for high-power mini 12V / 24V car/truck relays. Relay dummy has plug matrix B2 (see [manufacturer datasheet](https://www.hella.com/truck/assets/media/270_Relays_Products_and_Applications_KI_HELLA_EN.pdf) for details). ## Why The cheapest relay I was able to get didn't have a mounting flap. Also needed a dummy for fit tests. Didn't use it in a car, though. ## Design Details Made for 35x35mm car / truck relays that come without a mounting adapter. I think, these are ISO 7588-1 compatible. Mini relay with ISO 8092-1 blade connectors but please don't connect voltage to it. Due to low melting temperature of PLA probably not good to be used in an actual car. Several versions are available: With holes: - Mounting flap 0 deg - Mounting flap 90 deg - Without mounting flap Without holes: - Mounting flap 0 deg - Mounting flap 90 deg - Without mounting flap Mounting adapter STL available in M3 bore hole (2.6mm) M4 bore hole (3.4mm) M5 bore hole (4.3mm) M6 bore hole (5.2mm) 3.5mm hole 4.5mm hole 5.5mm hole 6.8mm hole At a later date, I might try to offer a parameterizeable version. Adjust infill density to personal preference. 100% infill for mounting adapter recommended. Different color than black might be good to make sure that the dummy relay is removed before operation of whereever this is used. Please consider using a different material for printing if PLA isn't suitable for automotive use. Fire hazard from wrong material possible. ## Assembly Instructions Print and snap relay into place. ### Materials Needed nothing (screws according to car manual if installation in car is needed). Tap needed if thread required.
