The car mover is composed of two rings assembled together by a screw connection. The front support is mounted on the front ring by means of a sliding connection, and they are firmly fixed together by bolts. This support holds the battery and the wheels driven by a low-speed electric motor (Vmax = 15 km/h) but with a high torque. The rear support is mounted on the rear ring by means of a sliding connection, and they are firmly fixed together by bolts. It holds the steering system. We have a choice of using gears or a rack and pinion system for the motion transmission. The car mover also includes four hydraulic jacks that are essential for lifting and handling the vehicle.
