Here is a convenient purse holder hook thing that attaches securely behind the seat of your vehicle. To install it, simply remove the head rest, slide the holder over the headrest rails, and then put the head rest back into place. The holder will likely spin freely when not in use, which is completely normal, and you shouldn't experience any issues with it moving excessively even when the car is in motion or when carrying bags or a purse.
