<p>A mechanical phone mount that fits in the CD tray of a car.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>A car CD tray phone mount, based on AbdelDarwish's vent mounted design. Most of the parts are from the original design, I just added a GoPro style mount on the back of the back plate and designed a GoPro CD tray mount that you can customize in OpenSCAD.</p> <p>The back plate needs to be printed with the GoPro mount down with supports on.</p> <p>Most parts can be printed with minimal infill (10%), but I recommend printing the arms with 80-100% infill to assist them in falling to the correct position when there isn't a phone in the holder.</p>
