The heat can cause it to warp significantly and render the mount unusable. Unfortunately, I have lost count of how many mounts I've damaged in similar circumstances! To print this model successfully: 1. Use support structures judiciously to prevent the model from sagging excessively. Specifically, ensure you use supports at sharp angles like those encountered when printing overhangs. 2. There might be a small gap between where the flat part is inserted into the mount. To bridge this issue, you can add width using a sanding tool if necessary after printing. I designed and printed these mounts in Cura using support lines, which made it relatively straightforward to remove the supports afterward with a cutting tool, thus creating a flawless installation.
