<p>Grabbag of models for the bigger version of my car blower air filter project (i.e. designed to be printed on a bet at least 300x300mm</p> <p>Parts list is the same as the other one in my makes except the filter is a 12x24x1 model</p> <p>The filter housing is split into many models since I had a few and can't remember which one I printed (mine crashed partway through the lower originally (not fault of design), so there's a few versions of just the "middle" section of the filter holder.</p> <p>Freecad file for the screenshotted components is included (useful for matching the threads on the output)</p> <p>TODO: fix external3mfTest (the electronics enclosure) so that the locking grooves actually close on one end, current version only locks when in the middle (which hasn't been a problem yet)</p> <p>TODO: PSU and motor controller aren't gonna fit with current design (PSU mounting holes too low, Motor controller needs to be moved further away from PSU outputs so that its connections have enough space to bend (might not be a problem with more flexible wire (I'm using a 12 gauge stranded copper PVC?)))</p> Category: DIY
