Car Bike Rack Accessory (Rhode Gear)

This is a replacement part for a car bike rack. It allows for the adjustment of a quick release lever for the rack arms tension. A 1/4"-20 thread rod with a 7/16" head goes through it. This piece is rounded on the bottom so the lever that it rides in can move easily and tighten the tension of the arm. This rack is not sold anymore. I looked online for availability of the part and I was not successful. The original item would be rounded on all sides with the 7/16 hex opening. I changed my design because I have not been able to put the hex shape inside without a lot of artifacting. I ended up removing the curves on the sides and shortening the length. It is being printed now. I will post a couple of photos when I get them. Update: It was pointed out to me that this would be easier to print inverted round side up.
