I designed a new enclosure for my key remotes, reusing the electronics and keypads that were still functional. To make changing batteries easier, I made sure the top and bottom halves could be separated without hassle. I used four M2 X 8 Hex bolts with nuts to secure them in place. It's now easy to swap out batteries whenever needed. If you like this design, give me a thumbs up! Update: To prevent the rubber caps from getting pushed into the case, I suggest using an existing bracket and cutting it as shown in the picture or printing the one I designed specifically for this purpose.
