Insert a 608 bearing into the propeller assembly, then screw it onto your preferred propeller mounting location within the car's A/C vent. Watch as the spinning action takes place, keeping in mind that this is still an experimental prototype. Your input and suggestions for improvement are highly valued; please provide feedback on aspects such as tolerances or propeller hub size. In version 2, a more visually appealing bell will be incorporated, but for now, this beta tester model serves its purpose.
