Captured Penny Fidget Spinner
thingiverse
Someone asked if I could create a Captured Penny Fidget Spinner to go along with my Captured Nickel and Captured Quarter spinners. So, here it is. There's a file for ABS or PLA. Use your favorite button or one of mine - either ABS or PLA. I used Fusion 360 for this design. Designed for two pennies in each hole, making my cost $0.79 (6 pennies, 1 bearing, plastic). This requires that you pause the printer at about 60% to drop the pennies in. Link to bearings I used: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01C9XDPVQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Link to pennies I used: https://www.usmint.gov/ Print Settings: Printer: Monoprice Maker Select v2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20-100 Notes: At about 60% complete, you need to pause the printing and drop the pennies in. Use two pennies per coin hole. Make sure you have the sides of the coins showing that you want. CAUTION - The pennies hold heat from the bed a lot longer than plastic.
With this file you will be able to print Captured Penny Fidget Spinner with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Captured Penny Fidget Spinner.
