There are plenty of 608 bearing holders already in place up here. Why do we need another one?\r\n\r\n* The glued-on inner-race plug ensures the shaft remains separate from the backing, preventing drag.\r\n* The press-fit strain relief means cracking due to minor dimensional inaccuracies is eliminated.\r\n* The inner lip on the backing only touches the outer race, allowing for proper pre-loading of the bearing.\r\n\r\nI'm using this with a cone hub for a spool holder.
