Captive nut puzzle

Print a nut first. Once done, start printing a threaded rod. After getting a few inches in, pause the printer and move the extruder out of the way. Twist the printed nut onto the rod and resume printing. This method is a variation of the classic machinist's puzzle. For those unfamiliar with it, an example can be found at: http://www.frets.com/HomeShopTech/Projects/CaptiveNut/captivenut.html
