I'm still waiting for my 3D printer to arrive, which has been on back order for seven weeks now. As I've never had any experience with 3D modeling or using a 3D modeling app, I'm taking a big step by sharing this project. I'm a huge fan of Captain Boomerang from Suicide Squad and couldn't find a suitable 3D model of his iconic knife boomerangs online. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and spend several hours creating these designs myself. This is one of the versions I came up with, and I hope it prints successfully. To assemble the finished product, you'll need to wrap the handle in paracord. I've included three different versions for your convenience: a whole model measuring around 12 inches long, a split-in-half version that can be glued together using JB Weld and then wrapped in paracord, and a longer, whole model measuring approximately 34 inches in length. Feel free to scale and cut this design as you see fit to suit your needs.
