This is a cookie cutter for Captain America's shield. It includes modular covers to assist in application of colored sprinkles, if you so choose. I went this route, and it looks nice but would have been easier to make with colored icing. Make sure to use a shortbread cookie recipe that is amenable to holding shapes/stamps and will not expand or melt during cooking! I used this recipe: https://veenaazmanov.com/shortbread-stamped-cookies/ For colored sugar, I just mixed several drops of food coloring with granulated sugar in a ziplock back. Cheers!
