A Captain America Tap Handle I designed for my kegerator. I 3D printed it in PLA at 75% infill with supports generated by the slicer software. The hole at the bottom is specifically designed to accept a tap handle insert. After printing, carefully remove all support material including the internal support within the lower hole. Next, simply thread the insert into place. If you encounter difficulties due to a hole that's too small for the insert, try heating it up - this will soften the PLA and allow for a smooth threading process.
