Captain America Shield with tabs
thingiverse
I found ironQ's design of the Captain America's shield but it seemed it would be difficult to glue together, because there were no tabs to connect them. So I added tabs, along with scaled it up 800% to make it more life size, but to made it perfectly life size, scale it up another 50% for good measure. The name of the file represents how many times you need to print each part. For example, the x5.stl needs to be printed 5 times. The only thing that I could not do was make tabs connecting the outside ring to the inside ring. Furthermore, the tabs need to be sanded down a little bit in order to fit into the next pieces hole. To put the outer ring together, you should connect 2 of the x4 files(the ones with the bolt holes in them) together, then 3 x6 files(the ones without the bolt holes in them) then 2 more x4 files, then the last 3 x6 files to finish the outside disk. the x5 files just all fit together to make the inner star. I hope this helps a lot!
