Captain America's Shield, Now Printed in Three Vibrant Colors! This Is a Bold Remix of mming1106 Shield (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:160078). I Have Carefully Disassembled the Shield into Four Distinct Pieces That Can Be Easily Assembled and Reduced Its Size by Half for a Perfectly Portable Keychain. The White Ring Requires a Light Touch of Glue to Fit Snugly onto the Red Base. You May Need to Gently Press the White Star into Place on the Blue Part, But It Fits Nicely Once They Are Together - Just Be Sure to Apply Some Gentle Pressure and Then Secure with Additional Glue. You Can Choose to Create Either a Simple Shield or a Keychain by Using the Red Component of Your Choice. Update: If You Want the Keychain Assembled in a Single Color, Print the "assembled.stl" File Instead. Print Settings: Printer: BQ Hephestos 2 Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 25%-75% Notes: I Highly Recommend Using Raft on Blue and White Parts for a Seamless Fit, While the Red Part Does Not Require Any Support. To Achieve Optimal Results, I Printed the Red Component with 25% Infill and the Blue and White Components with 75%. Their Smaller Size Made Me Think More Infill Would Provide Extra Strength. The Ideal Resolution to Print This Shield Is 0.1mm or Lower for a Smooth Curve. A Layer Height of 0.2mm May Result in an Unpleasant Outcome.
