Captain America Shield - 40 cm, 3D printable

This shield boasts a massive diameter of approximately 40cm, comprising multiple segments seamlessly joined together. Dremel welding effectively secures the joints, while strategically placed holes facilitate effortless connections via 6mm dowel friction fit attachments. When reinforced with filler/polyester resin, primed, painted, and sealed with varnish, this shield becomes an unstoppable force. Its robust design incorporates vibrant graphics, simplifying the painting process, while extra ribbings and loop holes provide ample opportunities for attaching leather belts. After a grueling 40 hours of printing, the first iteration has finally been completed, boasting a stunning Winter edition finish achieved through meticulous sanding, painting, and varnishing.
