Here's a 3D model of Captain America. The base model comes from cadnav.com, where I found it in a 3D Studio Max file format (MAX). I exported it to STL. I made changes to the model using ZBrush so that it could be printed with a printer capable of resolutions down to 0.1 mm and nozzles as small as 0.2mm. To do this, I replaced the head to make room for the eyes - the original model had eyelashes that got in the way when I converted it to STL (or OBJ). I also changed the shield to add a star design and made it thicker so it could be printed on a printer with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm resolution without problems. Additionally, I modified the arm holding the shield for the same reason. I added scales to the armor and thickened some grooves so they'd show up clearly when printing at small scales. Finally, I changed the feet to make them flat so the model would stand upright when printed without a base, which also helped stabilize it during printing instead of needing support structures under its feet. There are three versions available: two with slightly different bases and one that can be printed separately from the base for less hassle when painting. The bases have pegs to help assemble the figurine, and there's a gap between the size of the pegs and the holes in the figurine's feet so gluing them together isn't hard. You'll need to use supports to print this model - most slicer programs can automatically generate them for you.
