Captain America's shield comes with a special insert, a 150mm diameter litho message that shines like a beacon of hope. After crafting a Marvel logo in lithophane form (check out this awesome 3D model: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/art/marvel-logo-lithophane), I had to take it to the next level by incorporating it into the shield's design. The shield prints flat, while the lithophane rises vertically from its recessed home, a perfect marriage of form and function that showcases the litho panel in all its glory.
