I'm a huge fan of Cap too! I had to share this one with you :) Steven Grant "Steve" Rogers is a World War II veteran who's widely recognized as the world's first superhero. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York City, young Steve struggled with various health issues from the start. However, when America entered World War II, he tried multiple times to enlist but was consistently rejected due to his physical limitations. Undeterred by rejection, Rogers finally volunteered for a highly classified Super Soldier program, which transformed him into the ultimate human specimen. He then joined the war effort as a morale booster and was nicknamed Captain America, before taking on a more active combat role after single-handedly freeing captured Allied prisoners of war.
