In this revised view, the cystotome has been carefully returned to its proper place after it slipped underneath the capsular edge. A YouTube video will soon be available online, providing a closer look at this procedure. I'll share that link as soon as it's live. The main point of this is to illustrate how crucial it is for surgeons to maintain control over the cystotome within the capsular opening, ensuring the blade stays above the capsule and doesn't get pushed underneath it.
