This gear set is to have a 1:1 right angle capsule. 20 tooth gears are used. Made in Tinkercad and 123D Design. 123D Design produces fillets for the support and rod ends. https://www.tinkercad.com/things/bV7OmQvutqU https://www.tinkercad.com/things/8pJvnEafl9u https://www.tinkercad.com/things/aCzioB35uFw The rod ends print best at 0.12 layer The rods I use are 1/8" aluminum welding rod. Capsela uses 3mm rods so very close. Holes are drilled to 3.2mm for press fit. Holes in the support are 3.5mm for clearance. Rod lengths are 57mm for the main axle and 26.9mm for the stub axles. The clear capsule may need the stub axle holes drilled to 3.5mm for free rotation. Category: Construction Toys
