Caps and rotating locks for the mirror / the mirror lid for a PlaneWave CDK20: I designed optimized parts, the photos show the 1st version. Both work. In case of the cap the part broke when I removed the support so I changed the part a bit. The rotating locks work, but with 80mm they look tiny, so I changed them to 100mm. Rotating locks for the main mirror lid: There are each 1 M6 screw including locking nut, two washer and a spring needed to assemble the lock and bring the clamping force. To avoid scratches I glued some felt on the lock. The lower part fits in the smaller slots (ca. 20mm). Cover for the secondary mirror: The part is large, maybe it will not fit into your printer. Try rotating 45° as shown. Print with support to the horizontal slot, but not the holes for the clamping screw. It's annoying to remove from the horizontal slot, but I wanted to print just one part. The clamping is realizeable by a brass insert (hole has 6.4mm for a Ruthex M5 insert) and a knob with M5 thread. I had none and wanted to finish, so I made one. At the thread print ca. 3mm wall thickness for the insert. Cover for the tube: I glued some thin foam rubber into it for a clamping and avoiding scratches on the tube. Have fun.
