This three-dimensional model was first created using Sketchup 8 software and then transformed into every other conceivable three-dimensional format imaginable. Its native format, however, remains unchanged - .skp for those who are unfamiliar. In 3ds Max 2016 scenes, it's rendered to perfection with the powerful Vray 3.00 rendering engine, which is the standard used in this case for a building from the late nineteen fifties period in residential architecture history.
