Cappy Larger Eyes

I love the idea and decided to bring my vision to life, but the initial eye design wasn't quite right for me, so I made some adjustments to fit my needs. The eyes needed a makeover to cover up any wear and tear that occurred when I removed the previous ones. To fix this, I reshaped them and made the eyes bigger, which really brought out their unique features. Thanks for including those files in the package - they were super helpful! Next, I tweaked the design of the slots on the side, making them smaller so they wouldn't be noticeable at all, yet still allowing me to thread a needle and some black thread through without any issues. The back-top area had plenty of room to accommodate the controls, and fortunately, no one noticed the backside at all. I made sure to position everything just right to keep it hidden from view. Here's a pro tip: I placed the lip battery inside the hat between the lining and ran the wires through the front behind the eyes. This allowed me to use a larger battery than expected, which was a great bonus! When printing the eyes in white, I only needed one copy, doubled it up, and flipped it on the slicer. To minimize print lines, I used a circular fill, which worked out really well despite some minor gaps. For gluing the eyes together, I used 3D Gloop - it's an amazing adhesive that gets the job done perfectly! You can use other glues as well, but this one is definitely worth trying. The hat lasted me all day without needing a recharge. I made a few tweaks to the code for the eyes, but other than that, everything worked out flawlessly. To save on supports, you'll only need them for the slots on the side.
