I revamped my original design, which was initially inspired by gdramos' Tevo Tornado Fang Shroud for 40mm fans and 5015 blowers. To upgrade, I swapped out my hot end with a Micro-Swiss all-metal hotend, which lacks one of the crucial attachment holes required for secure mounting. This redesign ensures compatibility by incorporating both mounting holes in the hotend attachment plate. The BL Touch attachment is still intact, allowing cables to pass through the hole without disconnecting the connectors – a minor adjustment made possible with needlenose pliers holding the upper screw in place while tightening with a long ball allen wrench. A significant overhaul of the duct path now focuses airflow directly under the nozzle for improved performance. Furthermore, I sealed some gaps to give it a more refined appearance.
