Capacitor Discharge Tool

Safe and Simple Capacitor Short-Out Method - Read the Guidelines First! I wanted to create a small case that would fit into two holes on the ends so I could safely discharge air conditioning capacitors from my tool kit. Once printed, don't pry it off your hot plate. Let it cool until it naturally pops off as not to warp the ABS and make it harder for the lid to fit perfectly. Allow plenty of time for the project to cool down then pre-assemble the lid using a sanding sponge or something similar, smooth out all the edges. Split your dual clip alligator lead in half, feed them through the holes, strip the wire, and solder the resistor onto the leads. Once cooled off, plug the wires back through the holes and put the resistor into the box just like you see in the picture. You can seal it with super glue or liquid electrical tape to keep everything secure, plus some extra glue around the wiring for when it dries. Mount your capacitor holder securely, clip the leads to prevent any more accidents and make sure they fit nice and snugly in there. Get a generous amount of liquid electrical tape around the whole box up to the wire ends so that's water tight once dry, this little invention of mine makes a handy splicer for your tool kit's connections junction. Another super use case for this tiny device would be to have mounting options for clear bulb indicators by changing it over from black ABS and using a diffuser or having space mounted with switches inside for seeing what needs work fast when you need it quickly without messing up important tasks at the wrong time today then putting another small thing - mounting more devices safely always is key because people count on us sometimes! The capacitor box itself prints in about 2 hours with good material quality as long as printer temperatures are correctly set between filament types. This will definitely not do you any harm so please feel safe with all these electronics lying around waiting patiently while getting fixed right before our eyes - every person gets their due reward here after doing a fine job! Project details: Dimensions: 3.68 x .61 x .45 Weight (approximately): 18 grams PS, you need to get rid of that big capacitor and instead short-out one with this cool little gadget which should replace your old appliance switch safely every single time making life just better today when done right here!
