Cap Seal for 3D printable bottle

To obtain a printable bottle from CreativeTools, it is necessary to waterproof the cap with a seal. The seal posted was tested on a 150mm-Bottle shrunk to 90% (the seal for testing was also shrunk to 90%). Print Settings Printer: FlashForge Dreamer Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25mm Notes: Use TPE or other flexible material. I printed directly to the glass bed because the adhesion of TPE is so high that it otherwise will peel the kapton foil from the glass when the part is removed. Extruder temperature: 235°C Glass bed temperature: 80°C Print speed: 25mm/s Nozzle diameter: 0.4mm Extrusion width: 0.48mm Extrusion factor: 1.1 Use different settings for the below-mentioned layers: Layer 1 and 2: top and bottom layers: 2 Perimeter shells: 1 Infill: 100% External infill: circular Layer 3 to 9: top and bottom layers: 4 Perimeter shells: 2 Infill: 100% External infill: rectangular Layer 10 to 36: top and bottom layers: 3 Perimeter shells: 3 Infill: 50% External infill: circular Layer 37 and 38: top and bottom layers: 2 Perimeter shells: 1 Infill: 100% External infill: circular How I Designed This Designed with FreeCAD Custom Section Sorry guys, in the same manner as loubie (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1350837) I found out that hundreds of models from thingiverse are sold on ebay ignoring the CC license the models were shared with here. https://www.ebay.com/str/3D-Pyro-Prints The Vero-Team from ebay does neither accept thingiverse or makerbot as a legal corporation nor the CC-license as a justiciable license. Thingiverse itself also declines to give the members support to enforce the rules of the CC and recommends only to continue the ridiculous and useless dialog with the vero-team and the parasitive sellers or to contract a own lawyer to stop this sellers. In fact, the CC is not worth the click to select the right type for shared models. So I'm forced to remove all my models here. I'm not willing to waste my spare time for the profit of these antisocial parasites. If you are interested in getting the model files, contact me please. If you are an active member here and have shared your own models here, I would be very glad to send you the files. Regards SnowHead
