SheepsFeaTheR crafted a fully 3D printed cap opener, which inspired me to consider using a 6mm GT2 belt in its design. Most 3D printer owners likely possess some GT2 belt, although not everyone may have TPU or TPE filament for printing the belt. I remixed SheepsFeaTheR's design to make it compatible with a standard GT2 belt. Two versions are available: Cap Opener GT2_OUT features the profile on the outside, while Cap Opener GT2_IN has the profile of the belt inside. Searching Thingiverse, I found Abybos' opener, located here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1544131, also employs a GT2 belt. I borrowed Prusa's design from the X-Carriage to keep the GT2 belt in place. Credits go to the original designers. Utilizing this tool is straightforward: wrap the belt around the cap, tighten it slightly, and slide it into the groove. Push the belt down at the back end of the opener; the belt will not slip within the tool.
