To get started, you'll need a sharp drill bit that's stepped. Drill a hole 14 mm in size using this specialized tool. Once the hole is drilled, print a cap out of flexible filament to fit snugly over it. After that, mix together equal parts water and hand soap, with a slight bias towards more water - let's say 67% water and 33% hand soap.
