A lid to fit a canister of cleanser / scrubbing powder (such as Comet brand). For stuff that's such deadly poison, you'd think it would come with a lid, but they never do.

The skull and crossbones image is from http://www.clker.com and is used with the understanding that it is copyright / royalty free.

Printed in Hatchbox TPU flexible filament so that the cap can be a snug friction fit and be repeatedly removable without cracking. I don't know if / how it will work with inflexible filament.

Print Settings

Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC

Printer: Rostock MAX v2

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: 0.3

Infill: 10%

Filament: TPU

Notes:

3 solid bottom layers, 2 solid top layers. 2 perimeters only for the lid sides.

How I Designed This

This was done in OpenSCAD. I started with Cantareus' cup lid (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:820811), added a thumb tab, converted the skull png to vector (svg) and then used Inkscape to OpenSCAD converter script to create an extruded polygon that I then cut out of the lid.

Category: Household Supplies
