I used a 2" receiver hitch as the base and added a hole for an LED light to shine through. The LED light is connected directly to the trailer hitch's electrical plug via the tail light connection, which is typically the brown wire. This setup can be found at any auto parts store. If your vehicle has daylight driving lights, this light will stay on constantly. I designed this model using Tinkercad and it can be edited online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/dP09ROJ1Okh.
