Cap for 3in PVC Pipe

I instruct architecture courses and require tubes to transport plans to competitions, but couldn't afford to purchase pre-made tubes. To solve this problem, I designed a cap to fit on the ends of the tubes, enabling me to use cheaper materials instead of spending $25 for each tube. By doing so, I was able to reduce my costs to $11 per tube and now have three tubes that are each over 36 inches in length.
