Cantilever gantry guide adjuster

This is a fantastic setup. I've seen similar designs but needed something with a lower profile distance between the top two V-wheels. This solution maintains my printer's full print volume, but I did need to adjust my x-axis limit switch offset (applicable to Tronxy X5S and possibly other printers). After installation, simply move your gantry to its limits and ensure the wheels don't hit anything before triggering the limit switch. With this setup, you can easily correct the wobble in your gantry by tightening the M3X40 screw at the top. Tightening the screw brings the upper and lower wheels closer together. I recommend using a brace on the back of your gantry, but mine is complex and specific to my setup (belt alignment and other factors). Therefore, I haven't uploaded any files for printing. When installing it on a setup with three wheels like mine, the gantry plate will want to flop over left and right. This is where the set screws on top come in. Note that I don't have set screws in mine as I was able to tighten up all the M5 axle screws enough that it can't wobble but still allows for wheel rotation. This may be due to the fact that I spent $9 on better bearings from Amazon for RC race cars, which are significantly higher quality than Tronxy's poor-quality bearings. If you have a four-wheel gantry, you won't need set screws as the assembly will move into a parallel plane when tightening the screw. To install this setup, you'll need: 1. An M3X40 screw or larger (my CAD shows this screw, but mine is actually 45mm) 2. An M3 hex nut 3. Two M5X20 screws 4. Two M5 nuts 5. Two very small screws (I don't have dimensions for these, and you might not need them) If you print this setup, make sure to mirror the wheel holder in your slicer. I've only used Cura, so I hope I'm not making any incorrect assumptions about other slicers having part mirroring functionality like Cura.
