Fits all spools, including Hatchbox, eSun, Inland, and Monoprice, that I've managed to test. The spool rotates smoothly on the axle when printed in ABS. UPDATE: I've been using mine for over three years now, with only some minor wear at the top of the spindle - it still works perfectly. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Zonestar P802Q Rafts: Don't worry about rafts. Supports: No need for supports. Resolution: 0.2mm is a good starting point. Infill: 40% or more for added strength. Notes: Print in ABS or PLA. I chose ABS for its extra layer strength and the ability to smooth it with acetone, making it even stronger. Acetone smoothing can make prints slightly stronger when using ABS.
