Canopy Fix Ozark

Canopy Fix Ozark

So I bought a 10x10 Ozark Canopy, set it up the other day and a strong gust of wind knocked it over, snapping one leg. I figured I'd just order a replacement leg online, but you can't get one that way. Then I thought I'd buy an aluminum tube from Grainger, drill some holes in it and be done with it. But Ozark deliberately designs all the adapters for the legs to have non-square corners so they can't be replaced at home. They want you to spend another $200 on a new canopy. I decided to take some time and design replacements for all the square-shaped connectors of the leg, which will fit into square tubing. I've included links to my original Walmart canopy, Grainger's website where you can buy aluminum tube, and my STL files for the replacements. Please check that your canopy uses the same type of connectors before starting this project, as it seems my other canopies are similar.
