Made specifically designed to recycle Canon XL1/XL2 shoulder mount accessories onto 15mm bars for DSLR shooting, perfectly adapted for the original XL1/2 shoulder mount, and fitting mounts with audio connectors. A work in progress is underway as I plan to include a hidden battery and 5v output for the MA-100 and 200, which will be supplied later as free updates if requested. The MA-100 is intended for MIC level signals. The jack plug delivers 5v DC power to the MA-100, powering internal op-amps that provide balanced-to-unbalanced conversion with about 6 dB gain. Phantom power is not provided. I welcome suggestions on how best to supply 5v and will incorporate them into the design. Clamping to 15mm bars is achieved through GoPro-style thumbscrews or similar (such as Small-rig locking screws), which screw into M5 hex-nuts held within the print. Additional requirements include two M5 hex head screws and a half-nut.
