Canon Timelaps rig

Please support me by following me on Instagram @b3dproductions. This is a custom Timelaps rig designed specifically for Canon, but it can be easily adapted to other brands' remote shutters. The rig consists of two main parts: the Holder and the pusher. The holder is located at the end of the X-axis, while the pusher is mounted directly on the fusor with no modifications required - both parts use standard screws. To get started, simply add a program line in your slicer that tells the fusor to move to the end of the X-axis, and this will trigger the remote shutter button. It's as simple as that - no electronics or modifications necessary. You may need to manually adjust the value of the X-axis on your specific printer to ensure the button is fully pushed; in my case, it's exactly at X = 231. Printing with this rig is incredibly fast. Gcode (modify X and Y values to suit your needs): Replace: ;LAYER: With: ;START G91; G1 E-10 F1800; G1 Z2 F2000; G90; G1 F13000 X231 Y225; G4 P1000; G0 F9000 X115 Y115; G91; G1 Z-2 F2000; G90; I'm glad you like it!
