Attaches with a standard 1/4" tripod bolt at the bottom of the camera - I'm using one purchased on eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/233943242011 I'd recommend Tough PLA or other more rigid filament for this print - standard PLA works ok but the grip will flex a little bit with the weight of the camera.
