this is a prototype grip. (this fits to the bottom of the cheap alloy grip extension) v1 so needs glueing sanding and a few cosmetic mods to get right. i cut the bottom out of a cheap charger for the battery connections. the pic with the wire link is if you use a genuine canon battery in the camera this bypassas the need for the 4volt on the other terminals. so your camera gets a battery reading off the batterys in the grip. you could just use a dummy battery in the grip off ebay but you don't get % reading. any questions just ask. i used the spring out of a pen for the clip
