I designed a lens hood for my Canon EF 24-70mm F4 L IS USM lens using a bayonet mount to secure it tightly on the lens. It was a fun project that allowed me to practice designing a round-shaped object with a complex bayonet mount feature, all done using FreeCAD's macro capabilities.
