The "end-wheel" on our right-hand side spindle that holds the bond paper snapped, and we can't just buy a replacement. So I whipped up this fix quickly, had to pull off the c-clip. I did have to use a 1/4" drill bit to enlarge the hole. Printed at .15 layer thickness, 50% infill with PLA, and it worked perfectly fine. It's been about six months since we installed it. From what I can see, it mainly helps guide the spindle into the track on our plotter, so there aren't any major stresses involved.
