Canon HF G21 Multipurpose Professional Handle

The Canon HF G21 Multipurpose Professional Handle or CHG21MPH V1.0 is a customizable handle system designed specifically for the Canon HF series of cameras, including my own Canon HF G21 camera. To assemble this handle, you will need a rear mini shoe to regular shoe adapter from eBay. Please note that I can't guarantee the adapter's dimensions will match mine, but you can easily adjust it using 3D editing software if needed. PRINT SETTINGS: I recommend printing at least three wall lines with a layer height of 0.21875 and 15% infill (octet). My prints have proven to be extremely strong using these settings. HARDWARE: Assembling the handle is straightforward. Simply visit your local hardware store with the part in hand and find short screws and wingnuts that fit. I won't provide specific part information, but you can easily find compatible parts at a hardware store. The wingnuts add extra security to prevent the handle from slipping off. HANDLE vs MULTISHOE vs GRIP: You have three options: a large handle for easy camera carrying, a multi-shoe with upper grip and shoe mounting capabilities, or a small grippy handle using a grip cover for the main assembly. TERMS: By using this design, you acknowledge that you take full responsibility for any potential damage to your camera.
